DDI is very concerned about protecting our patients and staff from viruses, and we have strict protocols we adhere to. We have added steps to provide a high level of protection for every person who enters our facilities. DDI Staff change into medical scrubs upon arriving to work and change out of their scrubs before they leave the office every day. In addition to clean scrubs, the staff wear gloves and a facial mask. We use hospital-grade disinfectants and have specific sterilization protocols before and after every patient.

Every effort we have in place is to ensure the safety of our patients and staff:

  • If the patient is sick or any family member is sick please call to reschedule (there are no cancellation fees)
  • Adult patients are asked to come alone unless they require a driver
  • Minors are to be accompanied by one adult only
  • Please wear a mask to your appointment, if you do not have a mask, we will provide one for you
  • Upon arrival to DDI, we will ask the patient to wash hands or use a hand sanitizer before we begin with paperwork
  • Patient’s will have their temperature taken with a forehead thermometer and recorded
  • There is at least 6 feet between waiting room chairs
  • DDI Staff  have their temperature taken every morning and written into the log
  • All areas in the waiting room, bathroom, and Imaging areas are wiped down and sanitized after every patient
  • Staff wear protective gear during your imaging session
  • All instruments are sterilized before and after your appointment including pens, clip boards and counters. All chairs, handles, and other parts of the machines are wiped and sterilized
  • Hand sanitizer is available for you when you exit our facility
  • Front door is left open-no touching handles
